Accepted Payment Methods:

• PointCard (UWSP Students/Staff)

No refunds for tickets can be given.

When applicable, ticket exchanges can be made up to 72 hours prior to the date printed on the tickets. All ticket exchanges will be assessed a $2 per ticket exchange fee.

There is a $1 per ticket fee for reprinting lost or damaged tickets.

All tickets will be mailed except orders placed the week of the performance, which will be held at "will call" to be picked up at the venue the evening of the event.

Tickets for public patrons may be purchased online, by phone, by mail, or in person.

UWSP students must acquire tickets in person at University Information & Tickets and bring their UWSP ID in order to receive discounted tickets.

When ordering by mail, please include the following information:

• The event you want to attend, suggested seat location and price range if applicable, the number of tickets needed and type (adult, senior, youth, etc)
• Include your full name, street address, city, state, and zip code.
• Daytime telephone number
• Email address if you wish
• Credit card number, expiration date, and signature (if applicable) for amount of purchase. Please do not send cash.

All tickets are assessed a ticketing fee.
