    All venues are accessible without having to climb stairs.

  2. Do you offer gift certificates?

    Yes! Gift certificates for any amount may be purchased at the University Ticket Office or by phone.

  3. Are cameras allowed inside the theatre?

    No cameras or recording devices or pagers are allowed in the theatres.

  4. I would like to receive a brochure from the University Ticket Office. How do I get on your mailing list?

    Simply contact the University Ticket Office at 715-346-4100 or send an email to University Information & Tickets. Just tell us you would like to be placed on our mailing list, and provide us with your name, address, and phone number. You'll receive our latest brochures immediately and all future mailings.

  5. When is the Ticket Office open?

    University Information & Tickets is open during the listed hours and at events one hour prior to start.

  6. What happens if I lose my tickets? Can I get them reprinted?

    If you lose your ticket, you may get them reprinted at a cost of $1.00 per ticket.

  7. What is University Information & Tickets' policy on bringing infants and toddlers to performances?

    Please use discretion in deciding whether your child is old enough to sit in their own seat without distracting others.

  8. Do you ever have signed performances?

    At times we do offer signed productions.

  9. What is an Informance?

    An informance is a discussion session usually held prior to curtain. These sessions often are led by a guest artist or a faculty member. Informances are free to all ticket holders.

  10. What happens if I'm late for a performance?

    If you are late to a performance you will be seated at a suitable break in the performance as outlined by the artists or director of the production. Every attempt is made to begin on time.
