Connect 4 Success

Connect 4 Success is a 4 week leadership program that provides leaders with new skills and great resources that help them to be even more effective. This leadership program prepares students to be better leaders within their organization and aids in obtaining leadership positions across campus. Past participants have been seen as Community Advisors within the Residence Halls and chair members of organizations!

There are three levels of the program.

Level I (nominations due Oct. 3rd, applications due Oct. 12th)

This program takes place in the fall and is directed at the new leader. This introductory program connects you with other leaders and introduces you to the campus. You can choose to apply directly or someone may nominate you for the program.

Level II (applications due Jan. 29, 2008)

An intermediate program, this level is open to everyone. We focus on the specifics of being a leader. How do you gain consensus? Run a meeting? Make ethical decisions? Balance your life? Apply today!

Level III (applications due Oct. 9th)

Put it into practice. That’s what this level is all about. Throughout the five weeks of this program, you’ll learn all about planning a leadership workshop—and actually do it! You’ll work with a committee to lay out a framework for the leadership workshop taking place in February. Professionals will share their experiences and insights.
