  Description:	The duplex is extremely close to campus, an easy walk to your classes. The room you would be renting is in the basement, but has a big window. The room is quite large, more than enough room for all of your stuff, plus there is new carpet in your room. You would be living with two girls, whose rooms are upstairs.   Description:	I am moving home to student teach next semester and need someone to take my place in my apartment Jan-Aug. If you so chose, you would be able to live there next school year as well. You'd have your own room and two apartment-mates. The only other things you would have to pay for is cable/internet and electric, which is usually no more that 35/month each.
