Ticket sales are non-refundable.

Ticket exchanges can be made up to 72 hours prior to the date printed on the tickets. All ticket exchanges will be assessed a $2 per ticket exchange fee. (Some Events may not allow an exchange)

There is a $1 per ticket fee for reprinting lost or damaged tickets.

All tickets will be mailed except orders placed the week of the performance; those tickets will be at will call to be picked up at the event.
