Hi, I’m Barb Feltz. I’m a senior majoring in Health Promotion and Wellness, with a minor in nutrition. I chose this field to advance knowledge of self by promoting a healthy mind and body. I believe in and live by the seven dimensions of wellness. My specialty is stress relief. I am a certified massage therapist. I enjoy learning about and using healthy alternatives for stress relief.
