Hi my name is Luke Arndt and I am the Health Advocate for Steiner Hall. I am a Senior at UWSP and I am majoring in Health Promotion and Wellness, with a focus in Pre-Chiropractic and minors in Nutrition and Strength and Conditioning. I plan on continuing my education at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa after graduating from UWSP. For my future, I plan on eventually opening a multi-faceted health and wellness facility where people can come in and work on improving all aspects of health and wellness. A little information about me, my favorite sport to watch and participate in is mixed martial arts. I have done a little training in muay thai, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, boxing, and wrestling. I really enjoy drawing, painting, metal sculpture as well as doodling in my class notes. I am excited for this year as a health advocate and eager to help others in achieving healthy lifestyles.
