Abs
Come over to the Allen Center for a 30 minute lunch crunch workout and strengthen those abs! This class focuses on toning and strengthening your abdominal and oblique muscles with a variety of moves.

Aqua Fit Deep
Let us take you to a deeper level of water fitness training. This class includes water jogging, sports moves and core training. Water flotation belts are provided. No swimming skills required. Located in the Health Enhancement Center Pool.

Bounce
Come try this NEW fun and challenging 60-minute class utilizing the stability ball. This class combines core conditioning, cardiovascular endurance, and full body strength which is sure to leave participants feeling happy and accomplished abour their workout.

Calorie Blaster
NEW! Challenge yourself with this high-intensity 60-minute class. This class will strenthen all of the major & minor muscle groupsalong with aiming to improve overall balance and cardiovascular endurance.

Boot Camp
A 45-minute, total-body workout, adding a plyometric twist to your standard routine. All using just your body weight!

Boxercise
This is a great cardio workout for the upper and lower body! The fast-paced punch and kick combinations help build stamina and strengthens your core muscles. Participants are encouraged to bring friends to class!

Butts 'N Guts
A non-cardio, intense core workout. Focus on working the abs, glutes, legs, and lower back using weights or your own body resistance.

Cardio Kickboxing
A high intensity non-contact workout with controlled combinations of punches and kicks. Increase your muscle strength and work out the stresses of the day.

Cycling
An awesome cardio workout using Keiser cycling bikes. It is an excellent lower body and cardiovascular workout using a self-selected amount of resistance. The motivating moves and music will allow you to find a mind-body connection that will take your workout into the next level. Let your ride take you to the intensity you desire.

Totally Toned
NEW! Sculpt and define every muscle group with the use of resistance bands, body bars, dumbbells, and ankle weights. This non-cardio, total-body workout focuses on muscular endurance while conditioning one muscle group at a time. This workout is ideal for everyone since participants select their own resistance.

Stretch & Tone
Relax your mind and create body awareness. This class combines movement, dance, yoga, breathing, imagery, and stretching techniques to increase flexibility, balance, and posture.

Hip Hop
Incorporates various dance moves and powerful leg movements to create an overall aerobic effect. Each instructor has an individual dance/teaching style, try each class for a hip-hoppin’ workout!
