Welcome to Group Fitness
Mission Statement:
The UWSP Group Fitness program offers fun, safe and appropriately challenging fitness classes for UWSP students and staff to enhance healthy lifestyles.
- There are 30+ classes each week to choose from including Spin, Rear Attitude, Ball, Hip Hop, Kick boxing, Aqua, Dynamic Definition and much more!
- Classes are no charge for all UWSP students.
- Faculty and Staff must purchase a membership.
- Classes are not offered for community and alumni.
