Chair Massage: This introductory massage (typically 5 - 15 minutes) will have you seated upright in a special massage chair and remain fully clothed. Massage is known to help release chronic muscular tension and pain, improve circulation, boost morale and productivity, and much more. Call for workplace/ office visits.

Mini Massage: A 30 minute Swedish massage designed to provide treatment to a specific are of the body. Typically, this would be the back neck and shoulders; however, your massage can be altered if you have specific areas of concern like your legs and arms. Your therapist will gear your massage to your specific needs. Remember to drink plenty of water after your massage.

Lunch Hour Massage: A 45 minute Swedish massage designed to provide head to toe circulation and relaxation in less than one hour. Remember to give our therapist feedback in order to gear your massage to suit your individual needs. Drink plenty of water after your massage.

Classic Massage: A 60 minute Swedish massage designed to provide the fullest effect by working your circulation and relaxing your muscles from your head to your toes. Again if you have specific areas of concern, your therapist will gear your massage to suit your individual needs. Remember to drink plenty of water after your massage.

Deluxe Massage: A 90 minute Swedish message designed to provide the deluxe benefits of a head to toe classic massage AND addressing your specific areas of concern all in one rejuvenating session. Remember to drink plenty of water after your massage.

Paraffin Hand Massage: A special hand treatment including a hand soak, and exfoliating scrub, an invigorating hand massage, and paraffin hand wax dip for 30 minutes.

Foot Soak Massage: A special foot treatment, which includes a warm foot soak in your choice of aroma salts, an exfoliating scrub, warming lotion, and a rejuvenating foot massage for 30 minutes.

Deluxe Paraffin Hand & Foot Soak Treatment: Go for a complete rejuvenation by combining the hand and foot treatments for an extra special indulgence for 45 minutes.

Reiki: (A Japanese word meaning universal life energy.) A Reiki session is a hands-on healing form of ancient energy work. You remain fully clothed during the 45 minute session with little or no pressure being applied. Results vary and may be subtle; however, most recipients enjoy a sense of calm and well-being afterwards.
