B2B2P – 20102 |
![]() |
On April 18, 2010, B2B2P–2010 raised $2200 which allowed us to purchase 4 CSA shares from local farms. Shares will be distributed to Operation Bootstrap and The Lincoln Center for low-income families. Our goal now is to make this an annual charity ride held every fall. Join us to make a difference!
This ride is a major fundraising event, and we ask that each rider set a pledge goal of $25 to $50. Riders pledging at least $50 by Monday, September 27th at noon will receive a t-shirt.
Our goal for this ride is $4500 so can double the number of CSA shares purchased for 2001.
Registration begins on Tuesday, June 1, 2010.
200 spots available!
There is also a registration fee to cover road snacks and a final dinner celebration. Checks can be made payable to Farmshed.

Every rider will be required to have submitted a signed waiver and wear a helmet during the ride.
This is a ride, not a race, but it is recommended that you are still prepared by being in good health and in proper physical condition. Bicycling is a potentially hazardous activity and injuries can occur from accidents, negligence or carelessness. Please pay careful attention to the weather, traffic, fellow riders and conditions of the road. Please check the condition of your bike and consider a tune-up. Support riders will be placed along the route. If possible, bring a cell-phone and a road repair kit with you.
*Alternative weather date: coming soon.
If you are unable to ride, consider volunteering time, sponsoring a rider, or making a donation to the B2B2P cause! Volunteers will be invited to join us for the Celebratory Dinner after the ride.
