Late Night Programming is a program series at 11:00pm on the weekends to provide a healthy alternative. There is never "nothing to do."
 

 About Us

 

​Centertainment Productions is the programming department at UW-Stevens Point.

As part of the University Centers, Centertainment is here to provide educational and entertaining programs for the UWSP community. We are students programming for students.
 

 Alternative Sounds

 
​This area is responsible for bringing music to campus that is ahead of the rends and outside the norm for the campus. This individual utilizes a combination of nation and regional acts, as well as local talent.

 

Past Shows Include:

Sean Shiel, Thinner Teed, Patchwork, Down Lo, Down the Line, Natty Nation, Company of Thieves
 

 Centercase for the Arts

 

This area is responsible for providing art exhibitions for the Centercase for the Arts in the Dreyfus University Center Laird Concourse and Lounge. The Centercase Coordinator has had many UWSP students display works of art.
 

 Center Stage

 
​This area is responsible for providing students with the opportunity to experience local fine arts, art performances, and student performances. The Center Stage Coordinator utilizies campus resources and national talent for programming.

Mieka Pauley, Chinese Finger Trap, Family Groove Company, Ellis, Northern Room
 

 Cinema

 
​The Centertainment Productions Cinema Coordinator is responsible for providing students with a wide variety of films. The primary function of this individual is to provide a cultural experience through visual entertainment.

 

Past Events Include:

Transformers, The Bucket List, The Kingdom, I am Legend, Untraceable, Click, Dream Girls, Rocky Horror Picture Show, Mission Impossible 3
 

 Club/Variety

 

​This area is responsible for programming national comedians, variety acts and local talent. This individual provides students with the opportunity to experience a different type of entertainment.

Daniel Kinno, Jay Black, Melanie Maloy, Chris Barnes, Pete Holmes, Jeff Havens
 

 Concerts

 
​This area is responsible for providing students with regional and national musical entertainment. Concerts focus on "up-and-coming" artists that are larger in current status and production.

 

Past Shows Include:

Cougar, Stealing Strings, Pert Near Sandstone, Trampled by Turtles, Gold Standard, Sloppy Joe, Fiance, Rev. Eddie Danger, Parket House and Theory, Ha Ha Tonka
 

 Special Events

 

This area is responsible for providing programs that involve students who have children, allowing them to be more a part of the university system. This individual also programs other special events that occur throughout the year.

Thaddeus Rex - Children's Performer, PJ Party and Movie Night, Clowning Around Children's Circus
 

 Travel and Leisure

 

This area is responsible for providing art exhibitions for the Centercase for the Arts in the Dreyfus University Center Laird Concourse and Lounge. The Centercase Coordinator has had many UWSP students display works of art.

This area is responsible for providing programs that involve trips, games, sporting activities, etc. This individual provides students with innovative recreational indoor and outdoor activities.

Foosball tournament, Brewers Trip, Milwaukee Zoo Trip, Fright Fest Trip, Dart Tournament
