Assistant Director

Susan LeBow is the Assistant Director. She is responsible for the overall functioning of the office through supervision of the staff, budget management, strategic planning, and additional management duties. She has worked on campus for 20+ years (she used to be the Neale Hall Director!) and enjoys working with all of our great UWSP students. In her time away from the office, Susan is kept busy with two teenagers and a naughty basset hound.

Program Assistant


Barb Eucalano is the Program Assistant (USAII). She works with many aspects of student organizations, including the student organization database, and assisting them with questions and concerns they may have. She also works with students to guide them through the process of beginning a new organization. Barb says “If you have a question, I am here to help. If you need to order something or fix something, you can contact me. I like to help students help themselves to become better human beings and more culturally competent individuals.”

Greek Life & Leadership Coordinator

Elizabeth Gillmore is the Greek Life and Leadership Coordinator.  Liz is responsible for supervising student staff who offer leadership and personal development programs to UWSP students which include the several fraternities and sororities on campus.  Liz is the advisor to the Inter-Greek Council, a group of students who govern and lead the fraternities and sororities on campus. In her spare time, she co-advises the Knitting and Crochet for Charity student organization, volunteers for Sigma Sigma Sigma national sorority, and enjoys reading.

Volunteer & Employment Coordinator

Amanda Thielen is the Volunteer and Employment Coordinator. She is responsible for all the volunteer programs, job fairs and student employment week fun put on by our office. She is very excited to have the opportunity to help plan events that encourage students to have a passion for helping others. She enjoys travelling, cooking and spending time with her friends and family back home in Minnesota.
