Electronic Resume Access & Referrals

Resumes of students and alumni actively seeking career, intern, or career-related temporary/seasonal or employment are available via our online system, CareerPoint. If you are interested in reviewing resumes, please first review our policies and procedures. You must be recruiting to fill a salaried or hourly-compensated position within your own organization to utilize this service. To view resumes directly in CareerPoint, you must be registered with our office. We will create a record for you and e-mail you details about the system. To utilize this service, please e-mail us your request for resume access and provide:

  • Employer name
  • Your name
  • Your job title
  • Mailing address
  • Phone number
  • E-mail address
  • Web site URL
  • Type of business conducted by employer
  • Type of position you are seeking to fill (job title, and whether it is career-level, intern or temp/seasonal)
  • Type of compensation (salary, commission, salary plus commission)

If you prefer, we will search conduct a search in CareerPoint for candidates to fit openings within your organization and send their resumes to you. To utilize this service, please e-mail your request for referrals and provide:

  • Your complete job description AND
  • Majors or teaching certifications sought (if required)
  • Graduation date preferences (if any)
  • Geographic location of the position(s)
  • Whether position is career-level, temporary/seasonal or an internship
  • Contact information for the person to whom we should send the resumes (their name and title, employer name, mailing address, phone, fax, or e-mail)
