In today’s competitive market, employers increasingly expect students to obtain relevant experience prior to graduation. This relevant experience may be acquired in many ways – an internship, part-time job, summer job, temporary position or even a volunteer opportunity. Experiences may be obtained on-campus, in the community, throughout the United States and world. Students pursue these experiences to test their abilities and refine their skills outside the classroom.
