Dr. Mullins is the Chair of the Division of Business and Economics. Additionally he is the Director of the Division�s Internship Program. Furthermore, he is an associate professor of business administration and teaches in the areas of finance and management strategy. Dr. Mullins received his B.S.B.A. from the University of Arkansas, his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and his Ph.D. at Washington University in Saint Louis. As part of his educational career, Dr. Mullins was a research assistant for a number of professors including 1997 Nobel Laureate in Economics, Myron Scholes. 

The Division of Business and Economics at UWSP has recognized Dr. Mullins for his research activities which include authoring or co-authoring more than 15 publications or papers since joining UWSP�s faculty. Moreover, he has more than 15 years business experience at Fortune 500 corporations as well as entrepreneurial experience starting his own consulting firm.

Dr. Mullins is a frequent presenter at scholarly and professional conferences and is regularly interviewed by regional news organizations on matters pertaining to the economy, finance and taxation.
