| Dr. Cray has
been the Director of the Central
Wisconsin Economic Research Bureau at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens
Point since 1986. Furthermore, he is a professor of economics and teaches
in the areas of regional economics and finance. Dr. Cray received his B.S.
and M.B.A. from Ball State University in Indiana, and took his Ph.D. at
Kansas State University.
Dr. Cray has been recognized
on numerous occasions by the Division of Business and Economics at UWSP
for his research and community-university service. Cray has published in
a number of scholarly journals which deal with regional economics. Moreover,
he has published over one hundred Quarterly Economic Indicator Reports
for Marathon, Portage, and Wood counties. Also, he is a member of the Federal
Reserve Bank of Chicago's Midwest Economic Round Table.
Dr. Cray is a frequent speaker
at professional conferences and is regularly interviewed by regional newspapers,
radio, and television stations on matters pertaining to the economy. |
