Biography:
I joined the faculty at UWSP in the fall of 2002 and have previous teaching
experience at Michigan State University and Alma College. I earned my B.A. in
Economics and Management from Albion College, and my M.A. and Ph.D. in Economics
from Michigan State University. I currently teach courses in microeconomics,
public economics, health economics, and poverty. My research focuses primarily
on understanding the impact of expansions to Medicaid programs such as
BadgerCare. I reside in Stevens Point with my wife and two sons.
