WINONA, Minn. - The University of
Wisconsin-Stevens Point women's volleyball team bounced back from its
first two losses of the season to win back-to-back games at the
Sugarloaf Classic on Saturday.
UWSP went the distance to knock off
Maranatha Baptist (30-21, 22-30, 30-17, 27-30, 15-10), but it needed the
minimum three games to defeat Clarke (30-17, 30-20, 30-17).
Nicole Stahovich led the offense with 19
kills and 19 digs. Toni Johnson also played well with 51 assists and 19
digs.
