Pointers Capture Victory at Triangular
UW-Stevens Point had the top six individual finishers and easily
claimed the team title at its own triangular meet Tuesday at the Stevens
Point Country Club, beating St. Mary's (Minn.) and Ripon.
The Pointers finished with 357, while St. Mary's was second at 434
and Ripon was third at 489.
Andrea Miller and Rachel Sime each shot 88 to capture medalist
honors for the Pointers. Kathryn Carlson was third with a 90 and Abby Hall
shot a 91.
UW-Stevens Point will take next weekend off and play again Sept.
30-Oct. 1 at UW-Oshkosh.
