Played two seasons for the Pointers in 2000 and 2001, but did not play the past two seasons. 2001: Appeared in four games and threw a total of seven innings�Pitched one and two-thirds innings of scoreless relief against UW-River Falls and one scoreless inning against Northland. 2000: Started four games and posted a 1-1 record�Threw six strong innings allowing four runs and striking out six in victory over Winona State�Also made solid relief appearance against Augsburg allowing just six hits and one run in four innings.

Before UWSP: Member of Class AA American Legion state championship team as a senior�Named All-Conference as a pitcher as a junior and senior and designated hitter as a senior�Team won conference title junior year�Second-team All-Conference in football as a senior.
