The Department of Art & Design is a limited enrollment program. Students admitted to the university are accepted into the department in order of application. We encourage you to apply as early as possible.

Our students have a variety of curricula from which to choose including studio courses in ceramics, drawing, graphic design, painting, printmaking, photography, and sculpture; art history lectures and seminars, study abroad, special topics, and independent study.

The UWSP Department of Art & Design is an accredited institutional member of the National Association of Schools of Art and Design (NASAD).
