Mary Rosek began her teaching career in Green Bay where she taught for the Public School System for eleven years. She took time off to raise her two children, Maggie and Michael, and returned to the classroom as an Educational Assistant when her family moved to Stevens Point. She went back and obtained her teacher certification and began teaching art at Ben Franklin Junior high and McDill Elementary School. She has been teaching grades K through 6 for the past three years at McDill.

Since 2001, Mary has taught Art Education at UWSP.
Her interests are portraits and animal drawings.
