The University of Wisconsin Stevens Point is consistently
ranked among the top 10 public Midwest regional
universities. We have the highest
percentage of undergraduate course taught by regular faculty in the UW System
and are #1 in the state of Wisconsin for the percent of students studying
abroad. Our Daniel O. Trainer Natural
Resources Building is home to UWSP’s nationally and internationally recognized
programs in natural resources. The
stunning Noel Fine Arts Center sets the stage for our amazing programs in art,
music, theatre, and dance. Other nationally recognized programs include
biology, paper science and engineering, education, business, health promotion
and human development, and many, many more!
With over 200 student organizations, 14 residence halls, and top notch men’s and
women’s intercollegiate sports, students at the University of Wisconsin Stevens
Point are just as engaged outside the classroom as in. The 275-acre Schmeeckle Nature Reserve and
newly renovated Dreyfus University Center are just a few of the favorite
“campus hangouts” for UWSP students.
