Paychecks

The Bursar's Office distributes all paychecks for the campus. Classified staff  and students are paid every two weeks, Faculty and Academic Staff are paid monthly.

• Classified staff, Faculty and Academic Staff sign up for direct deposit at the UWSP Payroll Office, 133 Old Main.
•  Students sign up on-line at Sign up for Direct Deposit of Student Payroll Earnings

Earnings statements are available online at www.uwsp.edu/paystub.
Employees not set up with direct deposit may pick up their paychecks at the Bursar's Office, Lower Level, Student Services Center.

The Bursar's Office DOES NOT cash paychecks.
