Network Down Time
The network will be unavailable due to maintenance from 4:00am - 7:00am on
Wednesday mornings. Please make sure you are logged off during this time each
week. If you need to leave your computer on to access files from off-campus, log
off and leave the screen at the logon box. This will still allow you access
without interrupting Network Down Time. Please restart your machine every
Wednesday morning to assure a good connection to updated campus network
resources.
Desire 2 Learn (D2L) might be unavailable due to maintenance between 5:00am -
7:00am on Thursday mornings. This "maintenance window" has been
established in the event scheduled maintenance is required and may not be used
each week.
E-Mail might be unavailable due to maintenance between 12:01am-7:00am on
Wednesdays, because sometimes maintenance must be performed. To ensure that you
never loose any of your email or settings, please plan to make sure you are not
in email during this time. Also please be careful that you do not schedule
any emails to be sent during this time.
The RAS Modem Pool will be rebooted each Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 4:00
am. The reboot will take less than 5 minutes. Any connections will
be terminated at that time
