Help Desk Mission Statement
Our mission statement says:
Provide an effective primary point of contact for computing and technology
related problems and questions for the UW-Stevens Point campus. Provide
assistance, support and guidance to equip faculty, staff and students to better
do their jobs utilizing Information Technology resources.
The UWSP Information Technology Help Desk is committed to supporting
students, faculty and staff by providing relevant and timely information in a
concise, courteous and respectful manner. The Help Desk is staffed with
Information Technology personnel who desire to assist you in doing what you need
to do. If we can’t answer your questions we will try our best to connect you
with someone who can!
