Registration
Registration of a child for the Gesell Institute may be completed by obtaining enrollment forms from the program office, 122 CPS (346-4075).
Completed forms should be returned along with the one time, non-refundable application fee of $25, for each child not currently enrolled. Midterm registrations are accepted on a space available basis only. Current students will have first priority for enrollment each semester.
