- Building community resources that facilitate healthy eating and activity living among Portage County residents.
- Developing behavior change interventions that can be implemented on college campuses; current research involves gathering descriptive data on the lifestyle habits of UWSP students to inform the development of effective intervention.
- Understanding the utility of weight training on body image, self esteem, exercise self-efficacy and long-term exercise behavior among college-age women.
