Dietetics​


Courses & Advising

Dietetics students must maintain a 2.75 cumulative GPA in all coursework, including all transfer credits.

Graduates of the UW-Stevens Point dietetics program are eligible to apply for an Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) accredited supervised practice program and pass a national examination administered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) to become a Registered Dietitian (RD).

Career opportunities for dietetics graduates include hospitals, medical centers, and other health care facilities, food and nutrition related business and industries, community and public health settings, universities and research
