T-E-A-M Learning Community is a unique off-campus graduate program in which veteran teachers earn an M.S.E. general degree in two years.  Meeting one weekend each month, participants collaborate with colleagues to examine their teaching practices.  After establishing community, participants create professional/personal improvement plans, professional teacher portfolios, and capstone projects based on insights gained through action research and reflection. Values and standards developed by the Learning Community guide their work individually and as teams.
