Personal Goals: VARIOUS
Continue to grow in personal skills and knowledge and become a better resource for more teachers.
Develop resources that would benefit greater numbers of teachers/students/parents/community.
Improve teachers' comfort zone (reduce stress) with technology; teach basic skills/programs/hardware.
Create booklet/teacher guides for procedures used in the lab to integrate with classroom projects.
Raise level of technology of 4th grade teachers from level 1 to level 2 (minimum) or level 3, if possible.
Get more teachers to take advantage of technology/web-based projects in their curriculums (webquests, etc.)
Work with teachers on up-coming mandatory use of new gradebook program.
Encourage and help others successfully integrate technology into existing lessons.
Develop electronic portfolios, begin using video projects to display student work.

Raise skill and confidence levels in use of technology
Integrate technology into existing lessons - revision of not adding to the curriculum.
Develop activities and teach skills correlating writing, keyboarding and word processing programs with district standards.
Develop student/staff/parent-friendly school website promoting the school and its programs.
Learn to use PowerPoint as e-portfolio base program, teaching it to students using best-practice methods; learn video editing. Be able to do both on their own with little assistance.
