            A solid plan is required to successfully achieve the objectives and goals of this project.  The following section details methods that have been used to achieve the primary goal, which is to develop computer training facilities and course modules for the environmental education and interpretation curriculum at UWSP.  To make this process more efficient, the goal was broken down into five specific objective.  Ideally, the culmination of all objectives being accomplished leads to the ultimate achievement of the primary goal.
