experience for travelers. This
positive experience leads to
support, return visits, longer
visits, and good public
relations. Jim Buchholz and Ron
Zimmerman
facilitated a two-day workshop
in Ames, Iowa to explore the
development of interpretive
plans and options for scenic
byways.
